WHITES

2009 Pinot Gris    SOLD OUT
 
Tempt your taste buds with the fragrances of peach, melon, and pear.  What starts sweet and tantalizing ends delightfully soft and smooth.  This wine is lovely with soft cheeses, artisan salads.  Dinner pairing: Spicy Thai or teriyaki chicken. 

2009 Sauvignon Blanc     $10.
Enjoy the aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, then taste the crisp refreshing flavors,  savoring the smooth, lingering finish.  Enjoy this wine on its own, or with hard and smoked cheeses, smoked seafood.Dinner pairing: sushi, grilled scallops, BBQ prawns.

2010 Vilaine     $14.
Our signature white wine is a splendid alternative to Chardonnay.  This Rhone style white blend of Roussanne, Semillon, and Viognier starts with the refreshing flavor of Granny Smith apples and finishes smoothly.  Enjoy with lighter fare, such as salads, crab, fish, and chicken.

2010 Riesling     $12.
Light bodied, well balanced and fruit forward, with a delicate floral bouquet and flavors of apple, pear, and soft fruit.  Pairs well with crisp salads, seafood, and curries.


REDS

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon     $23.
Nuances  of oak permeate the nose with spice and black cherry aromas.  The complexity of this wine is intense on the palate, as the soft tannins join the rich fruit flavor.  Pair this wine with robust cheeses, cured or smoked meats, Osso Bucco, BBQ & hearty sauces.  Finish the evening with this and dark chocolates.

2009 Voyageur     $25
A traditional Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec.  This deep garnet wine is earthy, with dark berries, pepper, spice and an elegant long finish.  Smooth and velvety, it pairs well with braised meats, hard cheeses, roasted vegetables, and rich desserts.

2009 Bon Vin Rouge     $22.
This well balanced ruby colored Syrah blend opens with hints of vanilla and currant and finishes with white pepper.  Enjoy this Rhone style red with grilled meats, robust cheeses and rich pastas.

DESSERT

2010 Late Harvest Riesling     $19.
A lovely accompaniment to desserts with nuances of honey and apricot, this late harvest has concentrated sugar levels which produce a bouquet of white peach and sweetened grapefruit.  Enjoy on its own at then end of your meal, or pair with pineapple upside cake or creme brulee.
